Delivery Process

All software acquisitions are provided in digital format. Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will get an email containing the download link and license key (if relevant) within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Kindly make sure to enter a valid email address at checkout to prevent any delays in delivery.

2. Physical Formats (if relevant):

For software that needs physical media (such as USB drives or DVDs), delivery will be done via regular courier services. Shipping durations can differ depending on your area:

Domestic Delivery: 3-7 working days.

International Shipping: 7 to 21 working days.

Delivery Charges

Digital Products: There are no shipping costs for digital products.
Physical Media: The shipping costs vary based on your location and will be determined during the checkout process

Order Tracking

For physical goods, after your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email to assist you in tracking its status.

Shipping Problems

If you haven’t received your digital product within the expected timeframe, kindly check your spam/junk email folder or get in touch with us right away at support@theavsales.online.

For physical deliveries, please permit up to 48 hours for tracking details to refresh. If your package fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us for help.
